It also seems to me that the family grows over time so they need a bigger house, else they look for a new house.
I build two shelters to buffer those who need housing.

At peak I had like 310 houses (all two story) and they kept asking for more because too many teens turned into adults.

This map is cool. I haven't looked into other maps yet, just the first one, which I didn't like as much design wise. What map is this?
Edit: The map is the 'Twin Islands' default normal (not easy), and it's 3 to the right when clicking through the maps.
