Education help
When I click on a house it shows an education rating at 45 even with a fully upgraded school right next to it. Why isn't the rating higher?

How many houses are within the radius of the school? Is the capacity for the school used up? Are there any kids in the house you're talking about? There are a lot of little details to the satisfaction system and the answers to any of my questions could attribute to it. Also, sometimes ratings fall if the people living there are new. It takes time for ratings to build.
Also, consider enacting Home Schooling. It can help a lot.

Thank you for replying to my query. There are roughly 48 houses around the school. There is still room for students in the school. Some houses have kids some do not. The houses are new construction and where citizens are moving into when the youth mature into adults. i just enacting Home Schooling.

If the houses are newly built and occupied, the numbers will be a bit skewed. New families take a little time to adjust to their new surroundings. I would give any newly occupied houses about 4-6 months to fully acclimate to their surrounding support buildings.
