Fisherman's Huts?

The tooltip for fisherman's huts says "find better fishing ground for greater efficiency". How do you see the quality of an area for fishing?

Don't quote me on this but I think you have to look for visual clues on the shores and around water.

I've been planting fishing huts wherever I see shoals of fish swimming and crabbing huts next to crabs on the beach (or selecting the relevant drop down option).

It might make no difference at all but this is what I've done since I started playing and I seem to get good results.

Just build a fisherman's hut and change the production from fish to crab.
