Can't sign in with Gameloft ID

When I sign in with my username and password for the first time (I was a Disney Dreamlight player so I already had an account), I hit accept and nothing happens. Anyone else having this issue?

I did, the solution was suprisingly simple, shorten the password.

Apparently there is a character limit in the password field, so if you have a long password, it cuts off the end and thus, invalid password.

So to login will require resetting the password to something else.

Unfortunately that doesn't work if the issue is the nonresponsive login button.

Curious to see if you ever figured this out? I am having the same issue, when I hit login, nothing seems to happenm

Same. I shortened it. Made it not random and I sit there. However the version on Epic worked when I tried it once to test. So is this a steam and gameloft issue?

Had this happen to me (unresponsive login button). Just waited a while and tried again. Suddenly worked, eventually.

Same. I go to the website and in the game itself it says that the name (although it is not a name, but an e-mail) or password is incorrect.
