Who designed Vanellope's car ?

As everyone can imagine, Vanellope and wreck it ralph is the source of the base of this game.Vanellope's car in the movie is awesome.Was it that difficult to design the car exactly like the one in the movie? Vanellope doesn't drive a jeep in the movie.I bought all the products I could for vanellope's car in the game, but it still looks really crappy..

and theres a promisse that in the next seasons the Tron crew would join the game, just imagine the bikes...

I am annoyed that Vanellope's racer was not designed to be a proper match:

Especially considering the other Gameloft game has the racer.

And I know it is possible to give cars custom shells, because

I doubt the Tron racers will come with bikes:
