How does one deliver fish?
I've been following the main quest, and they seem to be building an aquarium. I delivered a turtle (or was it tortoise?) with no problem, and got a fish delivery template, with a fish delivery quest.
But when I arrived at fishing station, I have no idea how to pick up fish. The fish delivery template give me no clues. Am I supposed to fish it out of the water with a hook or something? Is there a fish-loading terminal that I'm missing?

That mission was a nightmare. It doesn't help that the fisher rover has horrible driving characteristics. Once you get the fish out of the fishery drop it and switch to a better rover because the drive is quite rugged.

It is indeed very difficult and it's even harder because there aren't any hints or obvious solutions.

First I couldn't catch the fish using the fish hauler. It seems you have to position yourself just right in order to hold on to the fish and with the reversed controls while driving upside down I just couldn't do it. I ended up designing a new big vehicle, which ended up on top of the fish. I then had an arm, which went over the side, down and then back in under the vehicle to hold on to the fish. Apparently it takes 16 moving parts to catch a fish.

Once I had the fish, I had to switch to the fish hauler because my custom vehicle was too wide for the bridge (oops). On the other side I ended up switching back because the fish hauler is undriveable in the terrain in question, at least when hauling the heavy fish.

Driving to the destination is hard too. The fish is so heavy that I ended up using rocket engines just to drive uphill. The top heavy fish made the vehicle flip over many times, but at least the arm worked out again. I just had to push the fish into the ground and the base of the vehicle would flip back onto the wheels. With no clear path I ended up driving down near vertical cliffs. Not sure if that is the intended route.

Once I arrived at the destination, I ended up driving around the building multiple times looking for a way in. Turns out you need to use a non-obvious way to get on to the roof to get the fish inside. At least the fish hauler finally became useful.

I'm not sure I would say the mission should be made easier. The game is supposed to be a challenge and indeed figuring out how to design vehicles to solve tasks would be the main purpose of this game. The issue is mainly no hints of what to do. You are given a fish vehicle, which is a nightmare for fish catching and transport, through the name indicates that you are supposed to use it. The complete lack of a path made me go explore mountains with an overloaded vehicle and finally I had no indication I needed to get up on the roof. With my camera angle the roof was never on the screen while I searched for a way in.

My main issue is the fish "bag" keeps bugging out and looking massive, like stretching from one side to the other of the tank, and finding the collision spot to try and grab it is a pain. I keep having to reload.

I adjusted the fisher by making the claws a bit wider. Then I managed to grab the water bag.

I was able to use the fish hauler, but I added another extender (just like the one you unlock with the blueprint) instead of the pipe connecting the claw to the chassis to allow me to extend the claw. I also added a rocket on the back for steep inclines (and to flip me over a couple times).

I used the fish hauler and it was fine. Perhaps got lucky fishing :).
The ride back is quite complex. I made quite a detour to avoid the most rugged terrain. Fantastic ravines and traps everywhere, loved that ride! 😁

I used 3 vehicles. A modified fish catcher, my main rover (crane, sealable container on the back and rocket boosters), and then finally a modified ore hopper with magnet wheels to drive up the drop off building.

I ended up using the stock Fish Hauler for ~97% of the mission with some careful driving. The only thing I had to switch for was a small ridge I couldn't climb over on my intended path, and switched to an Ore Hopper variant I modified to be wider on the fly (then went back to the Fish Hauler).

It was really disorienting driving upside down. Left and Right stayed their respective directions I think when I was expecting it to reverse due to the craft being upside down. It took me a while to figure out and get used to to snag the fish.

The magnetic wheels could use a better explanation. I thought they were just antigrav wheels that stuck to surfaces at first, and didn't realize until driving off the metal bridge. I'd gotten pretty used to the driving itself by this point.

How did you guys get it into the building? I have the fish at the building but how do I get it inside? The door at the front doesn't open.

Use magnetic wheels and drive on to the roof. There is a hole in the roof over the pool. I drove around the building multiple times too because it's not obvious or easy to spot from below.

Normally you've unlocked a new blueprint called the fisher if I remember correctly.

Pick it and remember that those tires are magnetic, so you can go anywhere you want like ... upside down.

Little tip to catch the fish : don't squeeze it too hard, just the good amount of pressure.

Good fishing !
wait.. these Magnetic TIres do work like Magnets? How? I mean.. they are heavier than the others.. atleast from the feel of driving. But other than that i get pretty much the same Airtime as with other Tires.. meaning, over rough Terrain, i do lose quite often Traction ect. ect.
Do they have to be activated or something?

They are only magnetic when on metal surfaces. Which means buildings.

I always thought.. maybe.. just maybe.. the Mars Surface in this Game for some reason contains a bit of FE aka Iron, so that these Tires would have better Grip. .. :(
Welp..
So the Ofroad Tires are better than the Magnetic ones? Because i see almost no use for the Magnetic ones, especially since we are driving a lot trough Mars and not Buildings AND these Tires are very Expensive.

Magnetic tires are for special situations, such as when you need to be hanging upside-down on a fishing dock and trying to catch a fish.
