Who has this ship design?

Yes I agree about it looking like a better human design. It's been in the game since the start and was the most detailed ship model for a long time. These ships only go up to cruiser though and have no other models for any other class or role. Maybe they were going to be the human ships but the cost of doing the rest at that detail level was too much?

Maybe they can be the core of the human pirates fleet so they look different than the regular human ships. Either way its one of my favorite ship designs.

All the "ancient" designs somewhat resemble playable ship designs.

That one in particular reminds me a bit of a Teekan ships, mainly the cruiser.
