OG Xbox Version?

Is this the original xbox version? I had a blast playing that in first person

Basically yes. Same levels and story. Same gameplay. There might be some slight differences if I remember correctly. It's been more than a decade since I played this on consoles. The enemy AI is more difficult on PC. I think the console version had a "Go Command" ability. Where we could point to a place and order the AI teammates to go there. On PC this feature does not exist.

As Gonzo850 says, it's basically the same game, but there are some notable differences too. Enemy accuracy is really high, some missions and maps are kinda different, etc. Looks of the UI and sound qualities are also different (audio quality is lower on PC).

But if you want a more Xbox-y experience, there's a mod for you!
This mod changes things like UI, missions, sounds, etc. to make them closer to the Xbox ver, within the limitations of the PC version (so no instant move command, unfortunately).
Version 2.5.0 is the latest.

Also, there are tons of other mods out there, that poeople created over the years. New weapons, new skins, new missions, and some are basically whole campaigns with lots of new stuff.

I'd recommend CENTCOM and Frostbite for starter.
