How to unlock specialists and missons

I've loaded up the game and so far I can only play one mission and one map in firefight, I played this many years ago and I can't remember how to unlock these options?

ive done all the missons before, but ive not played the game in a few years, is there any way to unlock them or do i have to do it all again?

Well okay then
Just go into every mission and open the console, then type:

unlockheros

then:

autowin

It's the only way to completely unlock all if you don't want to do it over again, but you know what they say, it isn't fun
