No option to switch to secondary weapon??!

Hi - Ive played this game a lot from its original version preloaded to my PC in 2003!!
Just found this now on steam steam - downloaded and played this again and noticed the weapon swap/change option is missing?? so I can only play game with main weapon?? I checked the original manual steam provided - its supposed to be the " - " button but others have have found it on " ` "
Ive tried every button, nothing works?? I re-installed the game - it plays fine but no weapon change option....?? Any ideas

Reconfigure the keyboard controls in the options menu.

Thanks I already checked the options keyboard config, doesn't allow me to change anything at all
all keys are set to default and you cannot alter the assignment or create a new keyboard - key assign list - despite it being an option?

Thanks I actually got it and worked out how to re-assign the key - it works now
You have to press the "Map Key" button while highlighting the key in the list you want to change
then assign it to whatever key you want.

I have the same issue but can't see the Switch Weapon command in the list in order to assign a key to it.

the default button for changing weapons is to the left of 1 ^

Eisenhauer - thanks for that. I actually found it earlier today by a process of elimination, going through the keys one by one and came back here to post it for others. Thanks anyway.

To confirm, it's the one with 3 symbols on: the "rotated L, reversed comma and a colon made from 2 short vertical bars."

It's strange that it doesn't seem to be in the list of keys though.

I just need to work out grenades now! :-)
