I'm curious though, if it's possible to ask without potential spoilers or anything, what sort of fantasy elements are present in the game then?
Yes there are different enemies and alchemy could be said to be fantasy esque, despite that, compared to traditional fantasy games, its very light on the "fantasy" definition.
Majority of the time you are figting against other humans or common animals.
You could say the zombie like creatures even add a post apocalyptic element to the game under your definition!
