How to get a 5 star hotel room?

One of the last achievements missing is the one for a 5 star hotel room. How do I get one?
I picked the best bed, the best wardrobe and everything I found under "Hotel Room" is in the room. There is enough light - there is decoration. And I only get it to 4 stars.

What is required for 5 stars?

when you are in the build menu, click on the tall hotel sign. you probably miss the fireplace? or the size of the room is too small. you can put up to 5 beds.

Is it the fireplace grill that counts or is there another fireplace because I have finished that layout and it is still 4 stars. Plus the fireplace shown in the guides telling you how to get five stars looks different than the fireplace grill.

Fireplace (for hotel rooms), not "fireplace grill" (for kitchen) :)
