Waitress

When i hire a waitress is there a way to make here go directly to the bar i want her to be stationed at on another floor or do i have to find her and do it mysel;f?

I can't find a way to do this easily so I, also, would love to know f there is a simple way.

Assuming there's a free space on an upper floor you may be able to click and drag them on the current floor then hit the up and down floor buttons (Page Up Page Down and R/F) and drag them to the new spot. You'd do this in furniture placing build mode. Not sure why you wouldn't just have staff work the floor they were added to and hire new staff for new places, or is this waitress special in some way?

This means locating the active waitress you wish to move, not easy (or simple) if you have a couple of dozen waitresses. It would make one hell of a lot more sense, imo, if you could select your target waitress from the staff list while the tavern is in night mode and simply place them on the required spot. I see no way to do this, no simple method is obvious.

Why wouldn't you need to move your staff around quickly and easily? To my mind, you put your most experienced staff in the busiest areas and this is not necessarily the order in which you hire them. Also, while small, your tavern staff need to be "all rounders" but a large establishment will do much better if you have specialised staff.

If you are moving waitresses about, btw, it helps to use a "special item spot" it can be put back into you inventory for further use once you have completed your current move actions..
