How to retrieve stored items/furtniture?

When I'm using the furniture editing mode, I've noted that there is an icon to "store" items in order to use them later. Well, I spent hours searching for some way to access these items but still haven't found nothing yet...

Is this an unimplemented function? Or there is some way to retrieve this furniture/items from this "storage"

Looks to me like it's done through the purchase menu. Instead of buying a new item it'll have a number in parenthesis that shows how many you've stored.

Correct, as long as you have any of that item in store, it does not cost money.
