Can't put researchers at basement
I set everything up. Desk, library, little books on the wall, light but for some reason i can not employ them. The thing is, i removed one of my researchers from floor 0 to floor -1 and she can study. Is this a bug ?

Yeah, the wall-mounted bookshelf isn't a "bookshelf." Need the freestanding one from the decorations menu.
