No way to MOVE furniture?

Is there no way to move furniture about? It's frustrating having to sell things just to move them. And I can't move my food counter, unless I fire my chef? Is there something to research to get around this. Seems sort of silly to have to fire my employees to relocate the service counter.

Just click once on the middle button at the bottom, the one with 2 chairs and the table.
Your mouse will change into a gear thing and you can move things freely.

Thank you SO MUCH for this. Now my employees don't have to fear for their jobs when I need to rearrange or expand my tavern. XD
