Help! I've killed everything in the level but the gate won't open in front of the portal?

I wonder how much/if any third party assets were used...

What did I do to unlock it?

Yep. At the cemetery, I can't find the switch to open the gate. Where is it? I checked everywhere!

Would someone please give me a list of the keyboard commands (Jump, Run, etc.) ? I think I got most of them but I am missing some. Thanks.
