Get into a mission and pause the game

Use the cluster of 6 keys above the arrow keys (AFAIK, the numpad doesn't work for this)

Increase damage: tap INS DEL INS DEL

God mode: tap INS INS DEL DEL

Tap the four keys quickly. Once you got it correct you should see a little message that confirms whatever you did is active. Repeat the code to deactivate.
