Graphics are terrible in W10 on my RX560, rainbows and flickering. Any ideas? Change OS compatibility mode?

Check the PC Gaming Wiki article on this game, very good solutions that helped me with all the problems I experienced.

I am also having this issue. Going to try the before mentioned fixes.
Tried running in Vista and XP pack 3 to the same results. When I come to the main menu I notice the tank on the left flickering like a raianbow having a seizure.
I tried actually starting the first mission again and so far it looks good. The main menu still has the a weird problem with a missing model for the tank but in-game seems to be fine. Will continue and make notes.
Severe flickering in the airplane on mission 1 and on the ground. Tried all solutions mentioned to no solution. Don't want to have to refund this series. Any other suggestions?

Hey so I've been having trouble running the game. Whenever I start the game, it starts up normally but when I get to the main menu it freezes, goes to a black screen, then exits out. I also get a notification saying that Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 was denied access to my graphics card. Any idea how to fix this? I've looked at the PC Gaming Wiki about it but it's really complicated. And I tried to look for a youtube video about it but the links they provided activated my security so I didn't download anything.
I had the same problem as JackDark77. After many Googling and attempting many time consuming and frustrating dead ends, I figured out this:

Right click the game and select the "Local Files" tab. Click "Browse Local Files". Right click and Edit "BIA.INI". Control-F to find "StartupFullscreen=True" and change it to "StartupFullscreen=False". Save the file. Brothers in Arms will now run in windowed mode without crashing.

It's not as good as Full Screen mode, but as none of the various methods I found using Google worked, it's a lot better than nothing. This fix probably would have worked on my Retail copy of BIA as well, but I bought the Steam version in an attempt to fix exactly this issue. Oh, well.
