Gave the game a second shot...still poorly optimized or just me?

I booted up the game for the first time since launch and had TERRIBLE performance. 1920 resolution everything set to low and it was unplayable with 98% cpu and memory usage. I don't have problems on other games and have a 3070, is this game still like this or is something off on my end here?

Zero optimization. 4070+13400 32 RAM, CPU 95-100%. This game is the only one that doesn't let my new PC breathe. Frostbite worst game engine

This game is pretty bad but I have a 3070 as well and I can run on low settings just fine. Look up an fps boosting video and use its config.

playing on a 2080ti, all settings on low (cant even tell a huge difference from low to ultra tbh imo) and im getting like 100+ frames average, the game is running very smoothly aswell

13700k & 4070. Game runs locked at 165 FPS at 1440P Ultra, drops to only 135 FPS when there is very heavy action. Game runs great for me.
