Only for Windows 2000/XP?

It says in the description of the game that this game is only playable on Windows 2000/XP. Am I just stupid and misinterpriting this, or is it actually true?

There is indeed a mac version. Why isn't it available via steamplay? I'd rather not pay $29.99 for a 6 year old game.

That's one of the curses of owning an Apple product. We all signed up for it when we bought our Macs. Age of Mythology sells for $15 on Amazon for PC. For Mac, the EXACT SAME game sells for $60. That's ridiculous, but that's the way it is. The PC copy is priced like the 11-year-old game that it is, the Mac copy is priced like a brand new big budget console game. Stuff like this is why people pirate games.
