3.1 skill wheel in vanilla campaign

Gonna start another HoMM V marathon soon and I was wondering if there was any mod for this game that implements the 3.1 skill wheel to the vanilla campaign, or at the very least enables me to respec the skills on my heroes since some campaign heroes can't even get their ultimate which really annoys me.
