The refugees mission is so bugged

I was literally forced to find out whether you can use some kind of cheats, console or whatever. For two months almost no one was attacking and then the enemies were attacking the same garrison, but wiki says they can attack each garrison only once. I played it twice btw, 4 hours of my life gone. I ended up buying the world map that is locked behind a locked gate and i saw Biara appeared on the map but didnt move for a whole month.

So i was forced into using a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ console to move her to me. Of course, even that didnt do anything. After defeating her i had to use the Win command to actually end this suffering.

Can you even pass this mission without using commands or am i just that unlucky?

You are able to pass this mission. The bug is known and is caused by saving/loading files and restarting the mission. Some people use heroes in every garrison so that she will move to you but this doesn't work everytime. In general if she is bugged you will have to restart the game completly and start the mission again from the menu.

Yeah thats what i did. She didnt move at all. I knew from wiki when she spawns but she simply never came. Then i read about the bugs. I was angry, but i restarted anyways and then the same ♥♥♥♥ happened.

yeah i think i remember this problem when i played several yrs ago. this is quite an old game unless implemented by a modder or another player i doubt it will be fixed. glad to see that you found a way around it at least. mass effect 3 if u do the shadow broker missions before getting the quests for the 2 characters in the back half of the game. the game becomes permanently broken on that save file. EA NEVER FIXED IT
