A reasonable question about Russian language

This is a Russian game. The "original" language is Russian. So what is the single weird reason for not including the original language in Steam package?
I always play games on English, but in this case, a Russian variant simply has a better quality. And in my experience in Russian games, it can also have a little deeper dialogues, because of translation. I think there's even some sense in playing it with Russian sound with subs for those who don't know the language.

I can work with that, not gonna refund or write a negative review, but it's just plain wrong.

I have the original russian dvd of this game and when I bought it on Steam I was shocked that this game doesn't have russian. So I just grab the original russian files and copy paste in to the stem game and it worked. Also replaced the into videos and other in game videos with the russian version. I can share it to you via WeTransfer if you want.
