So I watched the video linked in the email from Deep Thought and the password is revealed to be found4t1on! But entering it still says the password is Incorrect. Am I doing something wrong?

She also asks me to give her e-mail address to Ana. But how do I tell Ana? She does not respond to the e-mail address, or anything else I can come up with about where Abbot...

I can't figure out how to unlock the rar. I decoded the something incredible cipher and don't know what to do with that information. Anna doesn't understand when I tell her and i tried telling her in so many different ways.
