Default Color outfits in SSF2T
How do you select characters with their default colors in Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo?

ie. Ryu in white with red headband, Green and Orange Blanka, Guile in green camo, etc...

Pressing different buttons when choosing characters gives me different colors for their outfits.
