The screen was too small so I tried adjusting it on the main menu but now it is too big and I can't go back down to make it smaller again

Hey guys, well i got a weird problem. I got stuck on the map. Well its on the map with a 2 salamanders and a huge boulder blocking the lava, and i was dumb enough to use rush ability to one enemy that was blocked on the left side. Kinda sad that rush ability worked through the stone that blocked the lava. Now im stuck and im unable to do anything.. Is there a way to teleport out of the map or anything? I'm definitely interested in the game, but the single review mentioned a lack of keyboard commands? Is that accurate? 100% mouse driven? Because that's painful.

Hello! So I've been playing offline and was really enjoying the game until I went into a nearby dungeon. After a couple pretty easy fights I went up against a team that had a skeletal mage in it. It's stats didn't look particularly strong and all my guys had full HP. But then the thing ran up and shot me with some sort of spell and before I knew what happened I got the Game Over screen.
