I apologize that there has been a delay getting back to the Vegas 2 players, we have only recently started moderating the forums.
As far as I am aware we have had some maintenance performed on our legacy servers but nothing that should have prevented online access for over 3 weeks.
What kind of error message do you receive when trying to connect online?
We have a guide for improving connectivity to our Vegas 2 servers which includes forwarding ports for the game to -

Maybe before the hundreds of us go through this list of steps, maybe just maybe ONE person at Ubisoft can try and login. I'll bet my Far Cry Blood Dragon license you can't.
