Mainframe with no ISM?

How am I supposed to hack this thing? I was given a "Elite Agent Required For Destruction Of Computer System" mission that gave me a link to P-Logic Labs Central Mainframe. As far as I know, I can only connect to a mainframe by bouncing off the same company's Internal Services Machine. I go to InterNIC and there is absolutely no other listings for "P-" or "P-Logic" or even "Logic". The only listing is this 1 mainframe. I've even tried connecting to it through other Internal Services Machines. None of them can connect to this mainframe internally. I'm stumped. How do I get into a mainframe if the mainframe's company has no other servers?

Note the company associated with the link on the world map. This will give you the proper name of the company to search for in InterNIC. It appears you have attempted this, and it's unlikely that you will find a result given that Logic doesn't even give any results.

Seeing as you have tried other than just Internal Services Machines, this could be a case where the game only loaded this one server and didn't load any others. In this case, you can retain the mission for later use (when another mission gives you a P-Logic Labs link), or abandon it.
