Government Network hacking

Question: looking for phone number of Government Central Mainframe's admin.

Story:
Need help in breaking into Government network. The problem is - there is no admin's phone in Government Public Access Server.
I've broke into Government Internal Services Machine, checked file server and links. In the file server found some encrypted progs, but nothing like a phone number. Inside links found Local Access and Central Mainframe. The last one has a voice protection, of course -_-

The only hope was to find anything in LAN, so I've prepared admin account in Internal Services and got access to LAN. There were four terminals connected to hub, one of them reroutes to Mainframe (maybe the same, or maybe another one).
Looked inside every terminal, made a few LAN scans, but found nothing :(
The last chance - Mainframe, but this one has voice protection too!

Anyone has an idea where can I find network's admin?

You've probably forgotten about this thread. You probably have the answer. But since I found this thread and I have the answer, I'll tell you. You can't hack the government :)

I thought there is hidden server somewhere with voice record, or something. This game has so much secrets, was wondering if this gov mainframe is another one.

The DevCD for Uplink allows you to hack into any server in the game, and both the Uplink main server, as well as the government servers, have nothing on them anyway to really bother.

Fun fact. You can. LAN hack the government Local Access Network, get the phone number for their local number, contact it, voice analyzer, and then boom. You got their voice, now wreck havoc!
