UplinkOS Voice Recognition

I can't get past the voice verification, despite following every step apart from disabling the monitor. But I already had to cheat to get the voice analyzer, since the missions for me suddenly changed to requiring advanced software, and I was low on cash. Has anybody else had the same problem with the OS? Any fixes? Don't want to revert to cheating.

Voice recognition requires getting the voice data of the Admin, once you record that you play it and it will give you access. Not sure about the missions though try fast forwarding time because more missions should appear though I'm not sure how you managed to spend all your money.

You wanted some help in that other post and while I'm not a master I do know my way around how to do things such as robbing banks.

First thing you'll want to do is the most basic trace tracker until you can get the best one, you shouldn't have any trouble doing early missions just go into internic and grab a bunch of connections and then bounce them all, most important you need the highest Log Deleter to delete your logs so you can't be found out (Only delete incriminating logs such as routing and passwords being accepted).

Proxy Disable is next since in the more advanced missions that's what they lock their data behind and will be required.

It's hard remembering all the main important things off the top of my head but you should work on robbing a bank, first get a mission that is about tracking a transaction and then follow that transaction and steal the money, there are some tutorials online though since you're on OS it will be a little different to follow but mostly the same.

-Log Deleter V4 (The highest one)
-TraceTracker (Highest One)
-Proxy Disable
-Voice Analyser (Any will do)
-Decypher(Max level if there are levels)

Things that will Help but aren't nessesary
-Proxy Bypass
-Monitor Bypass
-Firewall Bypass(I don't recall what uses a firewall so idk about this)

I think I've got everything, I played through OS up until I robbed a bank and got the best stuff in the game so I know it's possible.

Edit: Also contact the people before accepting and ask for all the money, that way you don't need to do the mission first, that will allow you to buy better software without actually having to do it first. Some people will say no but I've found it's random and if you keep asking sometimes they will say Yes.

You can also get lower-level missions by reducing your uplink rank; If you accept then delete a bunch of missions, they'll "punish" you this way (and notify you about it via mail)

People run out of money by doing one thing. Buying the highest tier of a program when its not needed. For example before you do bank heists you probably take the missions for the Global Criminal Database, Academic Database, and Social Security Database.

Did you buy level 1 versions of the bypasses or did you pointlessly already buy the max level versions? Because a simple ipprobe will tell you that those 3 institutions are all running level 1 security.

You will earn more money later. Dont think you need the best version of something from the start.

at least in vanilla game you can also request money up front and be insistent about it and after couple tries you often get it

You can create accounts at multiple banks and take out loans, pool the money into one account to get extra starting funds. Also take as many contracts as you can and ask for half money up front. I can't remember if it worked or not but you could try the stock market. There's probably a clever way to manipulate that. Lowering the cost of a stock is obviously easy...but how to make it go up?

except in normal games banks refuse to lend to you once total outstanding loans across all banks reaches 4000...
