Theres Hacker Experience 2 coming out it April. Or you play the original which is online

Hacknet isn't bad, but too linear for my tastes. I like the open-world aspect of Uplink.

Though I am looking forward to the DLC for Hacknet later on.

They need to update uplink

Uplink will no longer be worked on. Hasn't been for years. Introversion is also known to not make sequels either, so you're stuck with what you get.
