Or if you're feeling particularly masochistic,import the UNI files into Audacity as raw data, extract the samples, and recreate the songs yourself in your own DAW or tracker. Not saying you should, but it definitely seems like something I would do, considering I've been doing my head in for the last eight hours trying to build MikMod with a plethora of compilers when I could have been doing it the easy way.
