How do I make butter?

I can’t find the butter factory anywhere. I even checked to see if it was unlockable by trading with factions but it’s not there. Help please?

I am pretty sure it unlocks with the MILL. You will need to buy a cow to get milk, then process the milk into butter. If your using butter for gourmet meals its cheaper and easier to trade for it.
