This is from the video on the store page. What's wrong with this? There are only four engines in a B-17....

I have a bad feeling that this is another dead game in the ongoing series of dead games. I cleaned out my wishlist of dead games recently and this an alarming trend. No news, no updates, no nothing. The last time the dev left a post was in January.

I'm excited about this! I remember playing The Mighty Eighth in 2000 and its earlier incarnation, B-17 Flying Fortress in 1992. Been waiting for a really good B-17 flight sim like those, and no "Bomber Crew" doesn't cut it. That game is more of an action game than a flight sim....

The game page makes repeated mention of having to deal with anti-aircraft missiles. Isn't it a bit too early for those? While the Germans did conduct SAM research, to the best of my knowledge none of the designs they had were ready for combat when VE Day arrived. Is that instead supposed to mean heavy anti-aircraft cannons, such as the infamous 8.8cm Flak gun?...
