Any tips for creating a female character that doesn't look like a freak?

All my female chars end up looking like a crackhead at worst or an androgynous man at best. It doesn't help that there isn't any girly hairstyle option available. This might be the worst character creator in videogame history.

Nope, there isn't. Best you can make is one that is currently on rehab, but you can't make a beautiful one. It's much easier to make good looking male characters than female ones, which is why I rarely bother making female characters in this game.

This isn't very helpful, but you don't see your characters face a majority of the time regardless.

You can't even tell you are playing as a female in this game. Even when you look at the face. They look like dudes.
