If you really want that bad the key , knowing that you do not belong in thoses area , farm , buy it and go , or just continue to play the game and the key will come for free when the time is right.
Devs shoulda left it alone but they have this sick obsession with forcing their 'vision' on everyone else..
If I wanna go head on at level 1 to the hardest area straight from jump in an arpg, thats my choice, price increase is just another obnoxious pointless tedious decision

For most players, a high price will be a turn off to invest Vigor to buy it until they naturally reach the stage in the game where it becomes affordable.
TLDR: Not really an issue.
when you are supposed to be in that area , the key will be yours , in the same spot where the vendor stands.
"We've increased the Pilgrim's Perch key buy price from 9500 to 18000, as we noticed that some early-game players were attempting to grind for it, only to discover they didn't have the appropriate level for the area."
