Andreas of Ebb not appearing as a boss?

I'm in the alleyway but he is not here???

Did you speak to him prior? He only betrayed me after trying to "help" during a boss battle.

I didn't see him outside of the arena that's why I was kind of confused.
So he never "Helped" me. I got Pieta instead

You might wanna change the title to something a little less spoilery. Sure it is obvious he was going to be a betrayer but for those who aren't as keen shouldn't have it ruined so prematurely.

He LITERALLY wants you to give him lamp all the time...I think he was being pretty clear about betraying you...

This is assuming you've opened some pathways back to the skyrest so please keep in mind that.

1. go to skyrest and go straight back toward the main way you came in after peita while looking left
   
2. he should be standing in a cell, talk to him and he will talk about a dude doing dude things all over him and lost his arrogance card so you have to get it for him
   
3. head out to where peita's boss was, and run all the way up the stairs across, the head left in to a doorway you should of opened from that same zone
   
4. you should find a stigma, yank it, should give you the item, go back, give
   
5. Go back to the boss area and ask him why he is so stupid...

I started NG+, so I should just look out for this?
