so quick question. I've downloaded some mods but they seem to not be working, and I've heard that this is because of recent updates. Is that true or have i done something wrong to not make the mods work ToT

they made mods a lot harder to make with one of the updates so most gave up on it

They broke almost all of the mods with the lat two updates.

If you got this for mods, don't bother, the modding scene is gone.

When it comes to modding dont go for warnerbros games WB is known to not condone modding and goes out off thair way to try and make it harder to mod thair games while they cant eliminate modding fully but as some have already said modders will move on to more mod friendly games if the devs go out off thair way to intentionally break the mods

ah thank u so much but sadly i tried it a 2 days ago and it ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my game so i kinda just gave up on it ToT

There was a large update last month that changed how the file formatting that mods use work, which rendered most mods made before that update broken, unfortunately.

I don't recommend downgrading by the way, it is a difficult process and the old versions ran really bad with a lot of stuttering and rare crashing.

It really isn't difficult. You download the old version, copy/paste it where the instructions tell you, and make sure you delete the remaining ucas/utoc files. If something goes wrong, then I haven't a clue, but at this point in the game's life I would say it's best to just forget modding.

yeah i did all of that twice, but the game kept crashing when pressing continue, and i did all of the steps in the video and also checked the comments on it as well
