Do anyone know where to complete "Gates of the Damned Part I" without receiving damage?

They changed this a bit.

I fought last night I did it with 0 damage but got no achievement.
Inless was some tiny damage I did not notice.

i got the same problem, did it before today without taking damage, but didn't get the achievement

I tried again (beginner difficulty), it didn't trigger, even though I didn't take any damage from the whole underground + boss.
I also have the dolls that don't want to trigger, despite the fact that I've destroyed all the ones in the guide; is this a bug, or are there new ones?

Took me 5 times doing the hotel mission to get the i visted all rooms achviement.

I have problem with the dolls on sewers mission done all the others.

i am sure i took 0 damage and did not get achievement as well not from anything

The most common solution to this was to play with a friend, try it out.
