We went over the major new additions for the future patch – from new quests and endings to revamped UIs and Quality of Life features. Now we cover some less visually enticing but still important aspects, mainly optimizations and some minor changes.

• faster processing for navigation and pathfinding;
  
• speech bubbles have been refactored to allow a few features;
  
• improved lip-syncing and text parsing;
  
• faster loading times for scenes;
  
• some minor lighting effects;
  
• and a handful of continuity fixes.

Did we remove the countdown? No, that one stays.
Did we make the game more trolly? You bet we did!
Did we fix some of the bugs at least? What's a "bug"?

This will be the last post-DEV LOG for a while. The next will likely be the announcement of the release date for the v1.5 patch. Right now we are mostly finishing the missing parts, a bit of polishing and soon we'll enter the beta testing.

We might sporadically do smaller posts.
