Arcade Legend adds its first officially licensed DLC to its Meta Quest version[www.oculus.com], and the same content will be available when the game launches on Steam later this year!

In Arcade Legend, players must restore an abandoned arcade and customize it using a wide variety of materials, furniture, and decorations. Earning reputation by accomplishing tasks allows them to unlock attractions and games which they can arrange inside their venue. Players also have access to their very own prize store where they can redeem a range of prizes with the tickets they win from playing games. Players can visit their friends arcades or invite them into theirs, with more multiplayer options coming in future releases.

The first expansion pack will feature Quik Drop, Sink It, and Big Bass Wheel, one of the most popular and successful redemption arcade games of the past decade. ArcadeXR has teased that the second DLC pack features arguably the most iconic game in arcade history, with the official announcement scheduled closer to release.

Any relation to the Pierhead Arcade games?

Just curious. Pierhead Arcade 1 & 2 were awesome and this seems like the natural evolution of those games into a business sim rather than from the customer POV.

Thoughts after playing the demo.

I just played a bit of the demo and I fricking loved it. I think this is a very very good idea and I cant wait to get the full game to play with my friends online. The only thing that I think needs a little improvement is the haptics when picking up a ball. On the index controllers its very weak and makes it a bit hard to tell by feeling if I have picked up a ball or not. Other than that I am very excited for whats to come....

Demo was great.

Picking up and throwing the basketballs with this feels more natural to do than picking up and throwing things in a LOT of other VR games. Could do with a slightly stronger vibration when you pick one up, but outside of that it's near perfect. In the final game, will we see rhythm games and light gun games? Imo, no arcade is complete without those kinds of games. Love it.

I'm a huge arcade lover. With that being said. Would love to work with the Devs in testing new builds if they want the help. Been playing arcade games since i was a kid. The crazy thing is. I had came up with the idea of a arcade sim like VR game. But just dont have the coding knowledge....
