QoL suggestions
Hey, I just wanted to say I'm currenty enjoying the multiplayer so much and I'd like to post some suggestions to improve QoL.

1. Have the ability to queue up units up front. Let's say I have a queue of 20 havocs and I need a pillager. Currently the only way to do this is to queue up the pillager, cancel the havoc queue and remake it. But then you lose progress on the unit that was partially done (and obviously this is very cumbersome). You can do this on ctrl+queue or space+queue like BAR does it.

2. For Dynasty have the ability to setup multiple tempest rigs/salvage vans at the same time. You would think you could set them up with shift+click but this doesn't work. You can do this with Z+click, deselect 1st rig, repeat, but this is something that you would do all the way back in starcraft 1.

3. For Dynasty have different buttons for placing base buildings and defence buildings (like N and M). Let's say I wan't to prebuild 3 defence buildings and save them for later (for offensively placing near a salvage van for example). It's hard to do this right now while constantly making base buildings (you'll have to avoid using N and click the icons instread)

4. Don't include engineers and commando in "select all units" type hotkeys. They really don't belong there.

Edit:

5. Enable to queue up grey doctrines

6. Make a hotkey for upgrading a building

Post more suggestions guys

To 1.: You don't need to cancel the Havoc queue, you can just pause it. So in your example just add the Pillager to the queue and use the right mouse button on the Havocs. This pauses production of the Havocs and starts it for the next unit in line - the Pillager.

This way you don't lose any money and can resume production of the Havocs with a left click. ;)
Simultaneous factory que with sub control groups for factories. People were complaing it was too much effort to que units and wanted something more starcraft, this keeps to the formulae and allows that. Being able to cycle grouped and ungrouped factories the same way we cycle them now while being able to que units in each grouped factory without cycling through.

Yeah, but then you need to keep track of the production and unpause havocs just as pillager completes. So you either waste your attention on watching the production or unpause it later and stall the production. In no RTS you have to do stuff like that
