And what's your system details? (CPU, GPU, OS)
My system specifications
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5
Storage: 250 GB SSD
Drivers: All drivers, including the GPU driver, are up to date.
Despite having a relatively powerful GPU, I am still encountering this issue. I have already tried reinstalling the game and updating all relevant drivers, but the problem persists.
Any chance you could provide the actual error message? If you're seeking for help, then this would be a crucial detail. (If the game would be broken for everyone, then we would have much more error reports. So, it is a combination of the game and your system.)
Here are a few things you should try:
1. Clear NVIDIA temp files and caches
2. Check your system's health (sfc /scannow in your terminal)
3. Repair Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables: Download the installer, start it, and select repair. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
4. Reinstall the game (you said that you did this already, and I believe you, but many people are not very honest about this. So, before you move on with the next step, you should be sure you tried this one... :)).
5. Since you initially said that the game would be crashing with an error related to the graphics card: There are users (like myself) who experience crashes with the latest drivers. It seems only to affect certain graphics card models. The solution to this is to go back to NVIDIA driver version 566.xx (since then, NVIDIA messed up something and then only added stuff for the 50xx series).
If you want to go back: Download DDU and the driver, disconnect your PC from the internet (to prevent it from downloading drivers automatically), delete NVIDIA cache and temp files (!), boot into safe mode, uninstall your NVIDIA driver by using DDU, reboot into, install 566.xx. Reboot and try again.
I finally solved it.. i just repair microsoft visual C++ redistributables
thank you man !!
