Achievements for final GDF mission did not unlock

I have just finished the GDF campaign on PC (Steam) on Hard difficulty.

In the final mission, after I finished the whole thing and fulfilled every bonus objective, I did not get either of the two associated Steam achievements. I know for sure the mission was 100% completed because that's what the final report of the entire campaign said as well. I did not get the basic achievement for finishing the mission, nor the second one for fulfilling all of the secondary objectives.

I've already submitted a support ticket about this but I figured it'd be good to mention it here as well.

Close game, restart it, load last save point, finish mission again --> achievements will unlock.

If you spend too much time in a mission you somehow cannot unlock any achievements. It is unknown how much time you have to spend exactly. Only full game restart will fix this.
