It's easy to fix it. The problem here is you're using localized keyboard and your keys under "F" keys aren't binded to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 0. There are some special characters instead.

Solution is easy, just open "Settings" in game, go to "Controls" and find "Selection". Now, rebind "Select group 1", "Select group 2" .... "Select group 10" with your keys under "F" keys. And voila, it works.
