Report a translation problem
I think the in game events should automtically issue a stop order to all units.
Thats how many games do it, basically pause the rest.
I personally hate automated camera pans or cutscenes going off.
Just let me play, if an event happens, create a beacon on the map, maybe blend in a button that lets me "go to event location" and have the dialogue go off regardless.
Imagine Starcraft 2 Coop would constantly interupt your gameplay with a force camera pan.
So I guess that's why it is in the game.
