Anything else in settings like Vsync or whatever that might delay, desync or speed up frames to cause the issue?
Simply throwing this idea out, maybe it leads to something.
At the time, I was trying to use vsync and and frame limiting in the nvidia driver and also 144 frame limiting in the game.
I noticed it in the promotional material and demo as well. I guess it's something they weren't able to fix before release.
At least he doesn't wiggle around like the stupid shadow GDF council of 6 creepy people in the dark with the main dude that just wiggles around super over animating every word like a he's just a meat puppet or a wacky inflatable arm guy
