Jokes aside - if one were to reduce graphic fidelity 'a bit', based on minimum tech requirements, it should be technically possible to do, though some balancing passes might be needed for mobile version to be playable (and sure as death and taxes not with current graphics), so I doubt cross-play would be viable.
