I actually am, since it is working for me, the problem seems to be with certain hardware the game does not play nice with, so far I had zero crashes, no FPS DROPS or any kind of issues at all.
I know it has to do with Bink Video but how can I fix it?
I looked it up on the internet and seems people need individual solutions. I would suggest using an AI to hunt down your problem. It's probably something like (re)installing codes or reinstalling bink video tools and DLLs, et cetera.
I also liked the AI's suggestion to ensure that the page file is "big enough". SSD systems usually don't have one as it's kind of pointless, theoretically. However, some games require it anyway (like Anno 1800). You could try defining a page file with a few GB for your system and check if that helps. (8-16 GB should be plenty.)
Hope this helps.
If there is no shortcut in the properties, then you will have to create a new shortcut icon on the desktop, and the video will start!
